Amy is a terminally positive comedian and MC from Darwin; she’s energetic, fun and contagious. Amy engages her audience with an infectious combination of energy, wit, happiness and the bizarre. Amy has performed SOLD OUT shows at the Darwin Festival, Perth Fringe and Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

She has supported comedy legends including Glenn Robbins, Fiona O’Loughlin, Jimeon, Dave O’Neil, Des Dowling, Heath Franklin, Brad Oaks and Steve-O (MTV Jackass) and was a RAW Comedy Finalist in 2015.

The contagiously enthusiastic Territorian has developed a reputation for high-energy performances, professional MCing and hilarious comedy. Amy observes the world through a positive but bizarre lens and shares unexpected observations with the audience with honesty and a witty sense of self. Amy performs regularly in Darwin and interstate and is booked for MC roles and corporate gigs.

Initially rising to fame as a professional Australian rules football player, Daniel Motlop became general manager and part-owner of Something Wild Australia in 2016. Proud of his Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage Daniel is passionate about promoting ethical, sustainable and permitted use of native Australian ingredients and has become an advocate for educating consumers on ethical harvesting of Indigenous food and Game meats. His company Something Wild is at the forefront of supplying a wide range of Indigenous, Game meats and Native herbs and Spices to restaurants across Australia. With a focus on engaging and supporting indigenous foragers, he hopes to see the current spotlight on Indigenous food will ensure a sustainable, respectful and beneficial industry for traditional landowners and Aboriginal communities.

Best known for his work in the spirits industry Sacha La Forgia from Adelaide Hills Distillery travelled the world working in wine vintages in Germany, France, Italy, Chile, California, and New Zealand studying the craft of distilling, before returning home to start the distillery in 2014. With a swag of national and international awards under his belt, Sacha has seen massive popularity in his hand-crafted spirits range known for using Australian native ingredients. He is passionate about crafting spirits using Australian produce and values quality above all else, with his collection including the award-winning 78 Gin – a London Dry and produces the hugely popular Green Ant Gin in conjunction with The Motlop Family of the Larrakia People of Something Wild Beverages.

Shannon Fleming was a chef at one of Australia’s top native inspired restaurants Orana before heading to the picturesque Adelaide Hills with his young family. With a strong passion and work ethic, it wasn’t long before he started his catering company Forgotten Seasons. Inspired by his surroundings and passion for native food, Shannon consults for companies such as Something Wild and works closely with chefs across the country.
